Tec Doctor called to Mr M's house in Collingham to install his new LCD TV, Sky and DVD Recorder.

He wrote:

"I found the engineer very informative and knowledgeable.He spoke in a language which made the instructions much more simple to understand.This was much easier than wading through a number of Manuals. Additionally,he left me with a number of notes which were prepared in a simple format and which I have retained for future use. I would recommend him to anybody having difficulties with Television,DVD equipment,etc. "

Tec Doctor Called to Mr A in Wetherby to install a wireless network. Shortly after arrival we discovered that wireless was not going to work and set about installing a wired network. 2 hours late Mr A was on the internet and sent us this message.

He Wrote:

Tec Doctor called to Mrs W in Knaresbrough to help with her PC. She was having difficulty with her printer.

She wrote:

"If anyone is new or (not good at) modern communications and hesitant about contacting someone who is--Mark is your man.
Besides being good at solving your equipment problem he is very patient with folks like me who are slow and not as young as we used to be.
