What can the technology doctor do for you..

If you already own a DVD recorder and would like some help then your in the right place.

Connection?

Tec doctor can call to your home and connect all your equipment up. Connections generally take around 20-30 min's. We will then run through the basic functions with you to ensure you are happy with the operation of your equipment. We can also provide detail connection diagrams and quick guide instruction in plain English to help you through the first few months.

Back-up Video Cassettes?

Tec doctor can help you online via email or call to your home to set-up your equipment for you. Online help prices are to be confirmed. We charge a flat rate of £20 per hour and we should be able to get you working and happy within one hour. Alternatively we can back-up your video cassettes for you.

Edit your recordings?

You are able to remove adverts from films and that foot shot from your holidays. Tec doctor can call and show you how, this can take up to two hours for most people but the results are very rewarding. There is also quick guides, written in plain English available for most DVD recorders from the customer area.
